1 dozen fresh raw oysters in the shell

  • Butter (Melted)
  • Garlic

  • Cooked Spinach

  • Tajin
  • Hot Sauce

How To Make Steamed Oysters on the Fire

  1. Start a fire and let it burn down to coals (super hot).
  2. Place the oysters directly on the hot embers or scatter them on a firepit grate.
  3. Cook until the oyster shells pop open.
  4. Remove the oysters from the heat with tongs (the shells will be HOT)!
  5. Serve and enjoy!
