Vulnerability

Feeling susceptible to harm, either emotional or physical; feeling unsafe; feeling unstable.

A trapped emotion of Vulnerability refers to an emotional energy that has become trapped in the body as a result of a person experiencing or perceiving a situation that made them feel exposed, defenseless, or susceptible to harm or danger.

A person who is carrying a trapped emotion of Vulnerability may feel a sense of insecurity, fear, or unease, which can manifest physically in the body as sensations such as tension or tightness in the chest, shallow breathing, or a lump in the throat. They may also exhibit behaviors such as avoiding situations that make them feel exposed or uncomfortable, or overcompensating by trying to be overly assertive or controlling in order to protect themselves.

Releasing a trapped emotion of Vulnerability involves identifying the specific event or situation that led to its creation and then using various techniques such as muscle testing and magnetic therapy to release the energy of the trapped emotion from the body. By releasing this trapped emotion, individuals may experience a greater sense of emotional balance and a decreased tendency to feel vulnerable or exposed in similar situations in the future.
